AIDANA SHAKENOVA, MS. ERM is a globally‐ recognized ERM thought leader renowned for her engaging presentation style. Aidana is founder and director of Nexus Risk Solutions, which provides a full range of ERM consulting services. Aidana has given 200+ presentations on ERM and risk topics.


A Columbia University graduate, she has also served as a Teaching Assistant at Columbia University, mentoring professionals in risk communications and strategic governance. Recognized for her expertise, she has received multiple government honors, including the Presidential Certificate of Honor of Kazakhstan and the Best Risk Expert Award. Aidana is an active member of the Financial & Business Association of Eurasian Cooperation (FBA EAC), the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP), and the World Youth Parliament for Water, underscoring her leadership in global risk management and sustainability initiatives.
